1. operation condition: 18t heat insulation furnace need install 5

air-permeable bricks. Nitrogen flow and pressure: 4.5bar, 10L/min

2. measuring instrument: "Alscan" measuring hydrogen device

measuring hydrogen probe: HME1200D K thermocouple,

the absolute error: 0.2℃

3. measure hydrogen data when use the air-permeable brick(production line #1)

measure hydrogen time: 1 hour after run the furnace

measure hydrogen data(ml/100gAL): 0.267 0.264 0.262 0.263 0.262 0.261
