Collision: argon or nitrogen are sheared at a relatively high speed with the molten aluminum by the rotor, and tiny bubbles are generated and evenly distributed in the molten aluminum, and collide with hydrogen;

Capture: because the hydrogen partial pressure in the bubble is zero, the hydrogen partial pressure in the aluminum melt is high and gradually diffuses into the bubble;

Adsorption: In the process of "bubble combination", some alkali metal inclusions will adhere to the bubble surface and rise to the surface of aluminum melt.

Escape: Hydrogen and inclusions in molten aluminum float up together with bubbles, thus achieving the purpose of removing hydrogen and inclusions in molten aluminum.
