Two, the working principle of degassing machine

Vacuum degasser is a special equipment for treating air-soaked drilling fluid. The suction effect of vacuum pump produces negative pressure in the vacuum cylinder. Mud enters the empty shaft of the rotor through the suction tube under the action of air pressure. The effect of collision and foam separator makes the foam burst into the mud, and the gas escapes, and is discharged from the safety zone through the inhalation of vacuum pump.

Three, the installation of degassing machine

Clean up dirt in degasser base and mud pipe, and prepare installation tools. Lift it to the # 1 mud tank installation position and secure it. Connect degasser inlet and outlet pipeline and jet pipeline. Connect the exhaust line. Check the insulation resistance value of vacuum pump and host motor ≥2M ω, connect the power line and equipotential line of degasser.
