A.200~1000kg electric heating aluminum melting furnace:

The tiltable resistance furnace has a temperature control accuracy of 3°C.

B. Aluminum melt refining and degassing furnace:

The degassing furnace is installed between the aluminum melting furnace and the casting machine. Its main function is to heat the melt after flowing into the degassing furnace. At the same time, the inert gas is dispersed into the aluminum melt through the rotating impeller, after collision, capture, adsorption, and separation. Under pressure, the gas in the melt is brought out of the aluminum liquid surface as the gas floats, so as to achieve the purpose of degassing.

C. Aluminum melt purification filter box:

The on-line filtering device is installed between the degassing furnace and the small casting machine, connected together by the launder, and the melt flow range is 1 to 6 tons/hour. During the casting process, the melt flows into the degassing chamber. After degassing, the degassing furnace is lifted by the lifting platform, and the discharge port of the degassing furnace is connected to the inlet of the filter box, and the degassed aluminum water is injected into the filter box. Filter to remove impurities and obtain a clean aluminum melt.

D. Hot top semi-continuous DC casting:

Multiple or single round ingots with a diameter of 50~400 or single flat ingots.
