4, the motor is biased, the center of gravity of the machine is reduced.

5. Belt drive is adopted to avoid the complexity of reducer.

6, the application of soda water separator will not cause water and gas to be discharged at the same time, so that the exhaust pipe is always smooth. In addition, can also be recycled to the vacuum pump water supply, saving water.

7. The suction tube is inserted into the mud tank. If the mud does not penetrate the air, it can be used as a high-power mixer.

Degasser design principle: degasser system is composed of many eddy current pipes, but also according to the amount of paint appropriate to turn off a few unused. The vortex tube is mounted on a rack and then connected to the inlet and outlet pipes. Each vortex tube has a separate discharge valve for emptying and flushing.

If we need to adjust the degasser in the process of use, then we need to determine whether the vortex tube can be opened or closed according to the output and the amount of bubbles, which can be operated in the process of recoating. Note that the amount of bubbles can also be adjusted and optimized through differential pressure during use.
