Vacuum degasser is a new special equipment to deal with invading drilling fluid, also known as negative pressure scavenger, which can quickly remove all kinds of gases from permeating drilling fluid and play an important role in restoring mud gravity and stabilizing mud properties. At the same time can be used as a high power mixer, suitable for all kinds of mud circulation purification system. The equipment belongs to the negative pressure degassing machine, scientific and reasonable design structure, can realize the effective separation of gas and liquid, filter out impurities, ensure that the exhaust pipe is always unobstructed.

Degasser design principle: degasser system is composed of many eddy current pipes, but also according to the amount of paint appropriate to turn off a few unused. The vortex tube is mounted on a rack and then connected to the inlet and outlet pipes. Each vortex tube has a separate discharge valve for emptying and flushing.

The vacuum degasser exhausts the gas to the safe zone, and the mud is discharged by the impeller. As the main motor starts first, the impeller connected with the motor rotates at a high speed, and then the vacuum pump is started, so the mud can only enter the tank from the suction pipe, not from the discharge pipe. Turn off the equipment in the opposite order, that is, first turn off the vacuum pump motor, and then turn off the main motor to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

Clean up dirt in degasser base and mud pipe, and prepare installation tools. Lift it to the # 1 mud tank installation position and secure it. Connect degasser inlet and outlet pipeline and jet pipeline. Connect the exhaust line. Check the insulation resistance value of vacuum pump and host motor ≥2M ω, connect the power line and equipotential line of degasser.
