What is the structure and composition of ceramic filter plate?

Ceramic filter board is mainly composed of roller system, mixing system, mine discharge system, vacuum system, filter system, wiper system, recoil system, combined cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, automatic pickling) system, automatic control system, tank, frame parts, ceramic filter board of each system consists of the following parts.

Roller system of ceramic filter plate: composed of spindle and roller. One end of spindle and drive motor, reducer, the other end and distribution head overlap. An annular plate with ceramic filter plate is welded on the roller. The ceramic filter plate is piped to the distributor. The drum section is the core of the ceramic filter, which, together with the vacuum system, completes the separation of solids and liquids.

Mine discharge system: mainly composed of gas control valve, water level gauge and related pipeline. Together with the automatic control system, the system automatically controls the switch of the mine glue valve according to the preset water level of the mine and controls the mine quantity. Mine discharge part according to the requirements of cleaning process, control the switch of mine discharge valve, realize mine discharge or mine.

Vacuum system: vacuum pump, filter tank and related pipeline. Vacuum pump plays a role, forming a vacuum on the filter tank, one end of the relevant pipe is connected to the filter tank, the other end is connected to the ceramic filter plate through the distribution head, solid material adsorption on the surface of the filter plate, filtrate is sucked into the filter tank.

Filtration and discharge system: it is composed of filtration pump and related pipeline. Filtrate pump works and drains filtrate from filtrate tank through pipe.

Scraper system: by the scraper, scraper frame and fixed bolt composition. It has the effect of scraping the filter cake adsorbed on the filter surface.

Backwash system: filter pump, cleaning pipeline, filter, pressure relief valve, safety valve and pipeline composition. In order to reduce the wear of the filter plate and scraper, there is a gap between the scraper and the filter plate. After the filter plate is scraped, a thin layer is left on the surface of the filter plate to ensure the filtering efficiency of the filter plate. Part of the filtrate is played through the filtrate pump, the pipeline is cleaned, the head is distributed, and the filter plate is reversed.

Combined cleaning system: by ultrasonic cleaning (including ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic vibration plate) and pickling (including pain relief, pump, cleaning tube) composition. After the filter plate works for a period of time, the filtering efficiency decreases due to blockage and adhesion of other substances, and the filter plate is regenerated through joint cleaning.

Automatic control system: PLC, touch screen, water level gauge, frequency converter, solenoid valve, pneumatic valve and other electrical components. According to the material characteristics and user requirements, set the ceramic filter operation, cleaning and other parameters, to achieve automatic or manual control, single or centralized control.

Rack: transport other parts of ceramic filter except filter pump and acid cylinder.
