The determination of thermal shock resistance of filter plate is based on the industry standard of the People's Republic of China "Test Method for Thermal Shock Resistance of Refractory Products" (YB4018-91) and the black metallurgy industry standard of the People's Republic of China "Test Method for Thermal Shock Resistance of Refractory Products (Air Rapid Cooling Method)" (YB/T376.2-1995). The basic procedure of the experimental method is to preheat the furnace to 740 10(the filtration temperature of aluminum and aluminum melt is generally 720 10), and then transfer the test sample to the furnace quickly and hold it for 15 minutes. Then open the furnace door and quickly remove the sample from the furnace, exposing it to the air for natural cooling. What is the working principle of ceramic filter plate?

Ceramic filter plate operation is divided into the following process:

Suction process: driven by the driving device, the roller and the filter plate rotate around the spindle to the scraper direction, the ceramic filter plate locked in the vacuum pump under the negative pressure adsorption pulp, solid is absorbed by the filter surface, the filter is discharged by the filter pump in the filter tank.

Backwash process: after removing the filter cake, the filter pump will put part of the filter into the filter plate through the cleaning pipe and the distribution head, and clean the residual material on the surface from inside and outside to maintain the filtration efficiency of the filter plate.

Joint cleaning process: the big difference between ceramic filter plate and past filter media is long service life. Reusable, after working for a period of time, the filter plate is blocked like other filter media. In order to restore the technical ability, after running for a period of time, according to the set time and program, under the control of PLC, the equipment will automatically enter the joint cleaning process. At this point, it will be installed in the mine. (Albert Einstein, Northern Exposure) The bubbles created by the vibration produce a "republican effect" that "bombards" the material attached to the filter plate surface, causing it to fall mechanically and thus allowing the surface of the filter plate to be cleaned. Pickling (usually dilute nitric acid is used) the acid is mixed with water (concentration 1-3 combined cleaning) and the filter plate is restored to its pre-filtration performance.
