After unremitting research in the field of aluminum melt on-line processing technology, Matexin developed an independent innovative aluminum melt on-line degasser in 2010. The expert appraisal of experts jointly organized by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and the Nonferrous Metals Society has reached the international leading level, and has won the third prize of Fujian Science and Technology Progress Award and the first prize of China Nonferrous Metal Industry Science and Technology Progress Award. At present, it has 32 free patents and has formulated two industry standards: YS/T 601-2012 "Aluminum Melt Online Degassing Purification Process Specification", YS/T 851-2012 "Aluminum Melt Online Continuous Degassing Device".

　　Use the degasser with the ceramic filter, hydrogen meter, and slag meter independently developed by Matexin to obtain aluminum alloy materials with high purity and uniform structure. With high cleaning efficiency and excellent quality, it has been successfully applied to the production of high-performance aluminum alloy materials for aerospace engineering such as "Chang'e" and "Shenzhou", and is widely used in many industries such as military, aviation, and aerospace.
